Have you ever had a sharp-tongued rogue try to convince a myopic paladin that sneaking into the bed chambers of the good Duke to take the Scepter of Suratesh should not be consider theft. The argument is sound and persuasive enough to convince the dim-witted paladin to see things the rogues way, but the paladin’s player is having none of it? Do you let the players roll skill checks against each other? What about a Charm or Suggestion spell between player characters?
